A rosé wine with a crystalline appearance, good structure, and a pleasant aromatic intensity with good persistence on the nose. Aromas of white fruit such as peach, apple, and apricot combine with herbal and floral notes of sage, broom, and pepper. Excellent freshness, thanks to a lively and pleasant acidity, with a subtle savory finish.
