Initial aromas of sage, broom, and hawthorn give way to fruity notes of peach, apricot, and aromatic herbs. The finish reveals a delicate and pleasant sapidity, the result of daily afternoon sea breezes that reach the vineyards. The wine is characterized by remarkable freshness, supported by a lively and pleasant acidity.
